I hope this message finds you in great spirits. Thank you for expressing your interest in joining the upcoming Angling Expo set to unfold in Durban this June, just ahead of the highly anticipated Sardine Run.

Following the tremendous success of our inaugural event, we are thrilled by the overwhelming interest and requests for an encore. The heartfelt gratitude from previous exhibitors echoes the positive impact on foot traffic and sales throughout the year.

As we gear up to make this event even more exceptional, we are hard at work finalizing all details by the beginning of March. All Exhibitors will be finalized by mid Feb. Our comprehensive marketing strategy, spanning street pole ads, angling association posters, radio ads on influential stations, newspaper features, magazines, and active social media engagement on five platforms, promises an event that is not only bigger but better. Special thanks to our esteemed Angling Media sponsors for their invaluable support in amplifying our event and the offshore fishing competition.

Who Are We Looking For?

If you are an integral part of the angling ecosystem—from the early morning preparations for a fishing trip to the moment you head home—we want you!

- Boating Outlets: Providing boating/offshore necessities for our Boat Show Area, including kayaks, jet skis, kick boats, boat furnishings, accessories, and servicing.

- Tour Guides and Accommodations: Offering sightseeing along our coastline, inland adventures, fishing charters, whale watching, camping, and various accommodation options.

- Micro-Businesses: Specializing in locally crafted angling products, such as handmade lures, sinker makers, fishing bags, and other fishing/hunting-related goods.

- Fishing Store Retailers: Covering fly fishing, freshwater, spear fishing, saltwater angling, and any legal facet in South Africa.

- Outdoor Camping and Hunting Stores: Providing a variety of sports apparel, ladies wear, fitness wear, braai/cooking equipment, knives, guns, bows and arrows, tents, outdoor attachments, and all types of outdoor wear.

- Security and Protection Vendors

- Kiddies Entertainment Providers

- Caravans, Offroad Cars, and Accessories: Including 4x4s, SUVs, caravans, and powerful off-road vehicles for sale.

- Health, Wellness & Relaxation Providers

While we've already received substantial post-event inquiries, we kindly request you to formally apply here once again. Our event will be finalized upon reaching maximum capacity, with a dedicated committee ensuring meticulous selection of potential exhibitors. We aim to finalize our exhibitors by February, offering three months of extensive exposure leading up to the expo, promising not only growth in your following but increased sales.
